What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
We don’t have MOQ for benchtop and industrial ultrasonic cleaners if no branding.
For household ultrasonic cleaners, the MOQ is 200 units without customized branding or with simple branding.
Can you do customization?
Yes. We can customize ultrasonic cleaners, as well as packaging and branding.
What is the delivery time?
Household ultrasonic cleaners: 20–30 days
Benchtop ultrasonic cleaners: 10 days (if no branding)
Industrial ultrasonic cleaning machines: 15–25 days
Do you have CE, RoHS, FCC certifications?
Yes. Our household and benchtop ultrasonic cleaners are certified with CE, RoHS, FCC, UKCA, and more.
What are your payment terms?
30% deposit before production, and the balance before shipment.
Do you offer samples?
Yes. Customers are welcome to order samples before placing bulk orders.
I have never imported from China. How can I buy from you?
We can supply ultrasonic cleaners and also arrange carriers to deliver goods to you. With DDP shipping service, you don’t need to handle customs clearance or logistics yourself.
